Refund policy

Wonderkit sells digital products that are delivered instantly by email. Because digital files can be downloaded and copied as soon as they're delivered, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is completed.

When we will help

• Files not received: If you haven't received your files within 24 hours of payment, email us and we'll resend them.
• Corrupted or unreadable files: If a file won't open, we'll provide a working replacement.
• Duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same order, we'll refund the duplicate charge.
